When will my order ship, and do you offer free shipping?
DIY kits usually take 1–3 business days to prepare, while finished handmade pieces usually take 3–5 business days. We offer free shipping to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and EU countries. Shipping to other destinations is calculated at checkout.
What is the difference between Classic and Extra-Full?
The Classic version has a lighter, airier arrangement and is quicker to assemble. The Extra-Full version uses 540 faceted glass beads for a denser, more dramatic statement piece.
